One of the most interesting aspects of the world-wide-web is the Service of Asynchronous Remote Learning, or, in other words, "E-Learning". Webart has developed its own e-Learning education system, WebLearn. The development of the theory is supported by text and images with examples. The exampination has either the form of multiple choice with a true choice or the form of simple questions and answers in free text. The student-user has the capability to view grades, pending courses and open courses which has are not successfully passed. He/she also has the right of three attempts in response to a different set of questions each time. In the end there is a separate grade for each chapter/section and if the overall score is a successful one, the student-user receives a certificate of successful attendance to the transcript.
